Solution
- Moved analytics in-house: an event mart with an LLM analyst on top. Questions are asked in plain language and answered with numbers and the method behind them.

- Security officers triaged incidents by hand. The system surfaced raw events, but only a person could tie them into a story and judge intent.
Solution
- An LLM summarises a user's activity over a period and flags what is suspicious in it: atypical behaviour, work with sensitive data, signs of an exfiltration being prepared. The security officer reads a ready summary and verifies its conclusion instead of assembling one from raw events.
