Python to speed things up

I usually vibe code develop software in Rust, but this time I decided compilation took too long and picked Python to speed up development. Now running 2000+ tests in Python takes 60 minutes, versus 15 minutes in Rust (including compilation).

I may have miscalculated. Can't imagine where.
